I use it every day. I wash my hair every other day. When I wash my hair, I put a small amount-about the size of a quarter-on my hair while it is wet especially on the ends and then blow dry it. When I put my hair in a ponytail, I use that amount to put on my dry hair after I put the rubber band on it to hold all the loose hair on the sides in place and look nicely groomed.
