**Q: How many pounds does it hold?**
A: This item has a 220 lb. weight capacity

**Q: A few months after using there is squeaking and a hard grinding feel/clicking coming from one side, how do I fix this? I'm worried about the grinding**
A: Well, mine started squeaking, too. So loud that I couldn’t use it without getting irritated so I went into the kitchen and opened the cabinet looking for cooking spray. I sprayed every moving part except where I place my feet. It stopped squeaking immediately. I suppose Three-n-One oil would work but I didn’t have any.

**Q: does the tall handle bar come off for sitting position exercise?**
A: Comes off by removing three screws with the supplied tool. If you want to always use it for sitting excercise just do not install the handle when unpacking the unit.

**Q: How can I get a user guide? Mine did not come with one and I need to reset the tracker.**
A: You can look up user guide on line. To reset just hold button for 3 to 5 seconds. Everuthing will reset to 0
