I absolutely love this product. I did have to make an additional purchase of the dip powder liquid set and a few other small items to do full manicure sets vs natural sets. Overall it is an excellent value for the money and fun to do at home. I have purchased other dip powders with nowhere near as good of a result. This is marketed as a "holiday" color set but I love the colors for every day. I use full coverage acrylic nails vs tips because I am just a beginner and hobbyist with nails and I have found that they offer a much smoother application combined with this dip powder and liquid set. I use a very basic drill file also. There is a bit of a learning curve but the instructions are simple and clear, the products are on point and there are so many helpful tips and tricks on YouTube these days you will be a pro in no time!

These powders are great and give a nice variety of colors when starting out. They are great holiday colors too. The glitter red I am not fond of because the glitter is too large for my liking. The rest of the colors are wonderful! I’ve been doing my own nails for some time now I can say that Azure is still my go to brand for powders. I have tried other popular brands and they did not hold up well. Once you know what your doing Azure won’t let you down! Great powder that always comes out with full pigment of color never splotchy or mixed with white power like other brands. I have tons of Azure colors and love that they also carry large 1oz and 2oz sizes too. This starter kit comes with small containers but they are still bigger than most and they are just the right size for starting out or when you just want a nice variety! The kit comes with powders only so you will need still need to get the rest of your supplies.

Good starter set for people who aren’t sure if they’ll like it or for people who have never had dip done before. I think if you’re sure that it’s something you want to do, you are better off spending money on colors you know you’ll love. The color selection was nice but they just weren’t colors I was in love with. The red looks like it’s a solid color but it actually has a little shimmer - so just small things like that (personal preference). The glitters are beautiful, the set is easy to use, but I noticed my nails chip within the first couple days :( when I used a different powder, they didn’t chip for weeks so I’m guessing it’s this powder :/

I'm brand new to doing my nails. I think I've only painted them once in the last 4 years myself. I've always went to the salon to get dip manicures but it adds up -- a year of going to the salon costs roughly $960. I bought this dip powder along with an electric nail filer, nail clips, and gel base coat and top coat. With everything I spent $80 and was able to do my manicure at home. The dip powder was super simple and easy to use. It took me about an hour from start to finish (including removing my dip manicure) and it came out great considering I'm new to doing nails. I work in EMS and use my hands a lot for heavy lifting and I'm constantly washing my hands and so far the manicure hasnt chipped at all. I'm obsessed. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to save money and do their nails in their comfy pants with Netflix on. It's definitely worth the money.
