Dissolves easily, tastes amazing, cost efficient. Quality BCAA’s without the caffeine. Definitely won’t buy any other brand, and probably won’t even change the flavor. 10/10 from BSN!

About me - Been lifting for 10+ yrs, 210lbs+, ~15% bodyfat. Previous favorite intra - Scivation Xtend. About this product - The 'proprietary blend' concept of BSN has always been a bummer but their products work. Amazing flavors, can't rank bc I keep juggling btw them. You'll never be disappointed with BSN's flavors, yes they do have a LOT of artificial sweeteners and colors but given how much I love their flavors and that sodium bicarbonate effervescence I'm ok with letting it slip. Effectiveness - You need to set your expectation straight. This is an intra workout drink, you are not gonna feel that caffeine rush nor skin tearing pumps. That said, this keeps you hydrated, motivated, less tiresome, ready to hit that next set of ass to ground squats. Dosage - Being a proprietary blend it's hard to say how much of what is in it. But never rely on an pre/intra/post workout supplement. I take 2 scoops during workout and it does seem to keep my pumped and happy. Should you buy it ? - If you can afford it then YES. Do you need it ? - Not really, not unless you are in a calorie deficit or have those demonic workout sessions over 1.5 hours, cranking steel at at-least an avg of 120 bpm.

This is the third Amino Acid powder I've tried. I don't like the effects of caffeine so all have been caffeine free. The first had sugar so I had to ditch it, but it did a great job of making me feel even (not tired) during my work outs. I asked a trainer what she recommended and she said this but it wasn't available on Amazon just yet so I grabbed something else at the store that cost a bit more. This has nice flavor, not strong. I like strong but if you don't you'll probably like this (I got watermelon, tastes like watermelon candy). But it doesn't give me the same boost at the other two so I went back to the second one. Also, the scoops are huge! Lots of carrier ingredient. This would be very hard to get into a water bottle with a small opening.
