If you use this along with unflavored psyllium husks; it works very well to detox your digestive system from all the old gunk that has been sitting there for a long time in your body; I usually open the capsules and mix it with the psyllium husk!

It worked really well when I first starting taking the product. I was very pleased. But, I made the mistake of assuming that it had cured what ailed me and I stopped taking it. Over a period of time, things started to revert to where they were before and that was not good. The problem is that it is not working as well after a layoff. Not sure why but not getting the results like before. The answer I guess is that you have to remain consistent with its use.
