PLUS TWO COMPARTMENTS BOTTOM BIG STORAGE AND SMALLER ON TOP.   AGAIN BIG BAG FOR THE PRICE. 
SECURING LOOKS GOOD , BUT HAVE NOT USED BAG,  CONTRUCTIONS LOOKS GOOD / CAN GO WRONG

**Q: is this bag water proof**
A: No. It is not waterproof. It does come with a cover for it that keeps it dry. I have ridden in the rain with it & it worked well.

**Q: Does it need to sit on a rack?**
A: Not necessarily, but you will at least need a back rest to strap it to.

**Q: Will this bag hold a full face helmet?**
A: It will fit a full face helmet in the bottom storage area, but you won’t be able to put anything else in there.
