This is a pretty good value in the 10x10 package. The pump is strong and flows good, the skimmer works, and the waterfall is sized adequately. The instructions are the weakest point. You’ll have to educate yourself on building a pond before attempting this kit. I did have to contact the company about replacing the weir door(skimmer). It was 26 degrees when I started the install and one of the tabs broke. They replaced it very promptly with no problems so I give them kudos for that!! Overall, I am VERY satisfied with this. I am not using the submersible light. It isn’t very bright and I’d prefer to go solar anyway to eliminate cords.

I had looked around for months to find the right level of pumping power at the right price; I also knew I’d need additional elements. I felt good enough about this set, and as I started to put it together I was glad to have the different components. My project was on the small end of the range of this unit, so I knew it would be powerful enough; in fact, it’s almost too powerful, which works for us! If your project is smaller, this may be too much. Having the waterfall piece made my work easier. I ended up using river rock and concrete to build around it and make a stream down to the pond. In all, I’m glad for the purchase, and so far everything is working well.

Bought this system for my Koi pond to find out the quality put into this kit is not the greatest. The skimmer system is well built and well designed, the liner and underlayment is also very good, I used the 45 mil liner, highly recommend. My biggest complaint is the black hose used to go from the skimmer to the cheesy spillway waterfall system. The black hose for one, is not long enough to to make many decisions, you're limited on how far apart you can place the waterfall from the skimmer. Most of all, the hose is made of a very cheap product, I wouldn't put too much trust in it, it's very flimsy and kinks easily as well. You have to be extra careful where you decide to put plants, because, if you hit the hose, you can be sure you will poke a hole in it. The spillway waterfall is also cheap. Very small and lightweight. You have to find a way to anchor the spillway somehow, if you bump it, you'll always have to adjust it over and over. Why this company couldn't make it like the skimmer, IDK. The pump is ok, but the plastic protective cage that snaps onto the pump, falls off easily when placing the pump back into the skimmer, not a good secure fit. This kit does not include a check valve to prevent back flow of water from spillway to skimmer, nor does it provide any sealant to seal the liner to the skimmer. When you unplug pump to clean or service pond, all the water in the spillway and hose will go back to the skimmer causing all your debris to be pushed back off the filter pads, big mess. A simple check valve will stop this from happening, also, not included. If you want to remove the pump for cleaning or servicing, you will kink the hose every time to get the pump out. The plastic fitting that attaches to the pump is a solid piece fitting. If you want to unscrew this fitting from the pump, you have to loosen the clamp holding the hose to this fitting, so you can rotate and loosen the fitting. Luckily, I had a fitting from a different kit that allows you to unscrew the fitting without loosening the hose clamp. If you're looking to save a buck, remember, you get what you pay for and that is this kit. Spend the extra money and look at the Aquascape systems, you get everything, check valve, bio-filter, much stronger and longer hose to the falls, sealant etc... I was trying to save a buck, being this pond is only going to be active for a few years until I retire, then the pond has to be taken down. One more important thing to note, there isn't an overflow outlet anywhere at the skimmer. What this means is, when your pond gets filled by rain, your pond will overflow the edges, which will only cause you problems. When your pond overflows the edges, it will soften the soil causing rocks to shift. You can create your own overflow system, but requires a little work and purchasing supplies to make it happen. I don't recommend this system, as I will be switching back to Aquascapes after I retire

It took me a long long time to build my water feature. All the products included worked great, the liner, the fabric, the pump, the skimmer, the light, the tubing. It was a lot, a lot of work. Maybe I’m young enough to try it again. Right now I’m feeling old.

It works better than I thought it would. Two of the lights didn't work right out of the box, so I wrote the seller and without question they are sending me two new lights. The speakers sound good too. I like to sit in the hot tub at night listening to classical music on the speakers with soft light all around. RELAXING!

I would’ve liked the instructions to be a little more thorough with its explanations. We had to figure out most of it on our own. The length for the vinyl tube was not long enough so I had to extend it with another tube. Overall nice package for the price and so far so good seems to be working fine. Here is what it currently looks like.

The product is absolute garbage. Cheap parts. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service with zero resolution.

This pond kit is amazing everything was easy to set up, had everything you need to make you pond work. This is my first pond and my husband and I and another couple ( friends) set this amazing pond up. Thank you for making it easy🥰 10 stars
