The greatest exercise bargain ever
I had one of these years ago and after several years of frequent use the handle broke and I could never find a workable substitute. And I didn't know what it was called so I couldn't search for another one! Then I just saw this on Amazon and ordered it instantly. It's exactly what I remember -- a fantastic little device that can exercise your arms, legs, back, or abs, depending on how you use it. Easy and fun. The spring has good strong resistance. Everyone should get one!

Product is OK but looks weak or poor and may injure the user if handle is broken. I think the handle needed to be more stronger with some matle. Recently I got injured with similar products so had to return it.
