Definitely an Improvement
I am a software developer who spends about 10 hours per day in front of a PC. I'm picky about mouse performance since I have work quickly and operate over a large expanse of screen real estate (I use a dual-monitors). One of the reasons I purchased this mouse pad is because it is relatively large and with some much "ground" to cover I was often finding my mouse falling over the "cliff" of the edge of a smaller pad.I had been experiencing a lot of issues with dragging and selecting text which I'd attributed to the Logitech wireless mouse I use. It appeared as if the connection would fail and the text block would drop as I moved it rather than waiting for the end of the move when I released the mouse button. Likewise, when I tried to select text I found myself constantly fighting to keep the selection going through the whole block of text until I finished and released the mouse button. Another symptom was when playing solitaire and dragging a card, it would drop suddenly before I finished the move. So, I was pleasantly surprised that this mouse pad not only gave me enough room to move the cursor far, from the right side of the right monitor to the left side of the left monitor, but also it cured all the other problems I was having with the mouse. (Tip, to get the accelerated movement needed to move far in Windows 7, make sure the the "Enhance pointer precision check is marked in the mouse control panel setting). So, I have a theory on why this mouse pad works so well. The surface is very smooth, the physical feel of the mouse sliding over the surface is very smooth and has much less drag than my other pads. As you may know, over the years the optical precision of mice has been improved over time - I recall the first ones (before many of you even owned a PC) was on the order of 300 dots per inch and now the norm is over 800 DPI. So, it stands to reason the surface itself must present an optical texture of at least that and probably double that for the mouse/pad system to work properly. And, I think that many manufacturer's of mouse pads have just not kept up. They're still producing lower texture products in dots per inch. I'd also suggest that they still have a bit of drag resulting from the older, mechanical (remember the rubber balls) mice actually needed and that this drag was tied to a lower resolution surface. Perhaps people think they need to the drag because that feel is so embedded in their experience, and perhaps that drag is also tied to the optical resolution of the surface. Finally, and I admit I buy pads so infrequently that I haven't paid attention to it in the past: perhaps they degrade over time with the surface once so smooth getting pock-marked. I'll pay attention to that going forward. The pad sticks well to the smooth desktop and that's also a good thing. In any event, I'm very pleased now. The only thing I'm concerned about is that this pad is that it is very thin and lightweight. But, as with all of us, time will tell. And, for the price, if I only get six months to a year out of it, I'll be happy and just buy another one. At least now I know I don't need a new mouse which is much more costly.

Comfortable wrist pads at a reasonable price.
I've been very pleased with the wrist pads. I suffer from some repetitive work injuries and always need a little support to prevent being in ever-increasing pain as the work day goes on. The two pads in this set do the trick. They easily mold themselves to the shape of my wrists, but are firm enough to offer the support I need. I noticed no bad smell at all, which can happen with gel and foam products. Also, the bottoms offer enough grip that they do not slide all over my desk as I move my arms. The only fault I can find is that I wish the keyboard wrist pad was slightly longer, as placing it in a position whereby it supports my left wrist comfortably leaves quite a bit of space on the right side of the keyboard beneath the number keys where the pad does not reach. That's a minor nitpick, however. Keyboards come in different sizes and no pad will fit every keyboard exactly.

Poor quality- felt seperating from foam in 2 weeks.
I do not recommend this product. We purchased two of these pads two weeks ago and both pads have seperation of felt from foam backing. We use our mouse pads daily for several hours per day. This pad is very thin, pad is comfortable but made poorly. I previously used another brand that was much heavier product for 10 years and never had any problem. You get what you pay for, I chose this because Amazon preferred product.Update: requested refund and never heard back. Amazon needs to review their Amazon preferred product rating.

Support, Comfort, Breath-ability
My little daughter destroyed my previous version, which was a LONG gel pad. So was in the market for a new one. Read many reviews, but this one stuck out as it was ergonomic, stated comfort and since I do a bit of gaming (COVID Corona lock down) was time to upgrade and find a better option. I've been using this for the past few days, at least 3 to 5 hours of gaming each day, and first thought was the material was soft to the touch, Star #1. It had a groove in there for my wrist to rest nicely, Star #2. Small pockets in the wrist rest area for breath-ability, Star #3 (hate getting sweaty wrists from being on pads too long). Comfort, not too soft, not too hard, just the right amount of support for long term computer use, Star #4. Lastly the design was perfect for a great ergonomic design, Star #5. Kudos for great thought out product that delivers exactly what I was looking for, the first time I ordered and not after many returns of trying out various other products that were similar. Won't be disappointed. Don't shop any more, buy this one. My 2 Cents. ENJOY!

I love these pads
I love these pads! I have tendonitis in my hands and I happen to work in front of a computer all day, these help so much for relieving the pain in my hands while I type. Only one thing I wish were better, the length. It doesn't fit my keyboard entirely, but I also have a larger keyboard. Other than that, great support and very comfortable.

I get so many compliments on this keyboard gel wrist rest pad set - you will feel the difference!
I have a nice little ergonomic setup at work for when I am doing student grade-entering, and parent-emailing, etc. I try and take care of myself as best as I can when I am doing the things I have to. This keyboard gel wrist rest pad set is awesome. My students compliment me on it all the time. I told them to just search up the type of these gel wrist pads by name since I think they work so well. Makes for my wrists to feel more normalized while I type, and while I use my mouse. Cool combo set, and, I will recommend this set in particular, to all my family and friends. Keep your wrists nicely supported while using the keyboard and the mouse. Probably would be awesome for gaming too, except I don’t game at school, nor do I really have the time... LOL.
