How to apply if doesn't have a brush inside the bottle??

You can use clean hands, a moistened cotton ball or q-tip, just be sure to squeeze out any excess water before you apply the medicine to it.

Do you wear socks right over the application of this product or can you put a bandaid on the affected toes?

Let the oil sit uncovered for at least 5-10 minutes to let it get started absorbing and then put socks on it to keep from spreading your foot fungus bacteria all over your living space. Band aids are a bad idea. You want as little moisture as possible being trapped over the fungus. A cool dry atmosphere keeps the fungus from growing. It’s a very good idea to rub an undiluted vinegar soaked cloth over your affected areas once in the morning and once at night too. It has very fast results. Also use Lotriman antifungal foot powder in your shoes to keep your shoes dry. It’s best to attack this fungal bacteria from every angle because it’s extremely resilient and persistent. Consistency is very crucial and results take time - at least two weeks of consistent applications. Even once the symptoms are not visible and feel gone, you should keep putting medicine on the affected areas for an extra week. Freeze your shoes inside a plastic bag buried deep in your freezer over night, and you can soak them in rubbing alcohol and let them dry outside in sun and fresh air too - this helps kill the fungus living in the shoes.
