Perfect for helping fit Invisalign.
I find this product great for helping seat my Invisalign trays onto the teeth. I find this item More useful to target specific teeth that need chewing excercise. I like to use a silicone chewie to target my teeth more broadly and then I use the movemints to target specific teeth that require a little more work . Highly recomend !

Invisalign Must Have
I got these because they were highly recommended for people with Invisalign, and WOW โ I love them!!! Theyโre perfect because they actually help seat your trays better, but they double as a mint too. It makes such a difference. Since itโs pretty tedious to brush and floss every single time before putting trays back in, I donโt snack as much anymore โ so I love that I can use one of these and still feel fresh without disrupting my routine. The spearmint flavor is great, and I love that theyโre aligner-safe. Theyโre such a smart little product and make Invisalign life so much easier. I will definitely be buying more!
