CD ALBUM Review: This is for all the Amerika-jin otaku out there. Here you've found the soundtrack for 'Moyashimon' . It has the OP and ED themes for both seasons, most notably 'Wake up!' by Claris and 'Bacteria' by Hiiragi. It also has all, or seemingly all, of the incidental music for the show. And, it adds the 'original' of the ED theme 'Bacteria', 'Saikin' still by Hiiragi. If you are here, you are probably searching for just this, the music from the show. You found it. Review: 数年前に作っているんだから、サントラもその延長で作るのが一般的ですが、新たに作り直したという珍しい例じゃないですかねぇ。それは、作曲した羽毛田丈史さんが｢もやしもん｣という作品が連載開始以来好きで、気合いが入りすぎて70曲近く作ってしまい…それでは、もやしもんリターンズのサントラはすべて羽毛田さんの新作という選択は正解だった気がします。 キャラや場面に合わせた楽曲を作ってもらうため、ある程度制作側として細かな説明資料を提示するのですが、今回のはお願いする際に、｢モチーフとして、映画音楽、青春ドラマ、ギターなどを投げかけただけで、自由に作曲していただきました。｣と監督が述べておりますが、これでこの楽曲の質ですか…とにかく、羽毛田さんの曲の引き出しを出し切って、かつ「もやしもん」らしい楽曲が作れたのは、ある意味奇跡といっていいかと思います。 フランス編まで含めて45曲がサントラとして収録されていますが、本編の作品知っていると、確実に楽しめるものになっているんじゃないでしょうか。
