I gave one star because I couldn't give less. The product was useless as the type of plug and the voltage make it unusable in Japan.

I advise you to use it on back and legs but not for the neck. For the neck one needs a not so strong power heater. This thing is effective and the philips lamp it comes with is a must have and very reiable ; Itvis the main player here. . I wish the screw inside the body was clay not plastic and it would be less plasticy. Yes it is a must have product . And excellent for sport. Highly Highly recomemend buying. Very Very effective. High power.

Plusieurs mois d'utilisation, très efficace. Je trouve par contre qu'elle chauffe fort et que une lampe plus précise aurait été dans mon cas plus adéquat. Je dirais également que Beurer devrait vendre les ampoules séparemment, car la mienne a sauté après 7 mois d'utilisation. Je dois me tourner vers une autre marque.
