Is the menthol stronger than Foamy Menthol?

There is a menthol scent to this but I mostly smell the eucalyptus as the dominant scent and cooling effect with this shaving cream.

Can this be used with an electric shaver?

This might be the right texture for an electric razor. This is used best with a traditional shaving razor (Gillette fusion 5 blade for example) or a straight edge razor
