Hi, I've had these for about 2 weeks and the knot came undone inside the ball, is there anyway to tie it back together?

The knot is actually on the outside but if it came undone on the outside and the string pulled completely out of the ball it would be tricky to fix because you have to thread it back through the two holes and there isn't really a way to open up the ball without compromising the lights inside.

Does each ball have different light settings? I have one ball that turns purple and the other doesn’t, also one strobes and the other doesn’t!?!

Both poi balls should strobe and change colors

Are these the ones that have sand-like stuff inside that allows them to double as a shaker instrument?

No they are just empty plastic balls with lights inside

Love these

I am just starting out practicing poi. I love love love these balls. Super fun! Of course you have to be careful with them and not go nuts slinging them around. The strings will pull out and if they hit to hard on something they will lose a connection and not light up. I found this out because I let my brother play with them and he broke both from being an idiot with them. So, I had to order another set.
