Is it normal for the product to be delivered with only the container and no original retail box?

No. Our product is always shipped in its original transparent retail box, designed to protect the contents and ensure hygiene. Products delivered without the original box may not meet expected quality and hygiene standards, so please be aware.

Does this contain prostaglandin?

No — the COSNORI Long Active Eyelash Serum is prostaglandin-free. It's also vegan-certified, oil-free, and hypoallergenic, with the same pH level as tears — making it a gentler alternative to prostaglandin-based serums.

Is this lash serum suitable for sensitive eyes?

Our water-based formula is pH-balanced to match the pH level of human tears. Sensitivity may vary by individual, so avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

How should I apply the serum?

Use the ball tip to apply a small amount along the lash line, then use the mascara brush to coat the lashes from root to tip. Apply twice daily, morning and evening, and avoid direct contact with the eyes.

When can I see results?

In a clinical test, eyelash length improved by approximately 9.95% after 4 weeks of consistent twice-daily use. Individual results may vary.
