So, I’m a professional meat cutter, I’ve been spending lots of money on Forschner’s and the like, I saw these, saw the price, thought I’d try a couple. I’ve bought 9 knives and two of these steels. I love them! I’ve long wanted a non grooved steel for fine edges, thin flex knives. This is great! That’s why I bought two! This is well made cutlery. The knives are high carbon steel. That means you can easily sharpen and hone these blades as needed. If you need a sharp knife routinely, these knives are a good investment. I’ve bought several for my home use.

It's not too bad, but I don't like how light weight it is. Somewhat disappointed. Pay a bit more and buy a better one. Like Sharpal one is way better.

I'm Industrial Meat cutter and Deboner, I like this steel to sharpened my knife for the intire day of worked.... And the value of money it's to good unlike other steel you spent much money and not really effective for the job.. This steel highly recommended.. I'll bought again for kitchen use..
