硬めです。水をスプレーしながらこねましたが、大人2人、中学生1人がそれぞれ1時間くらいのんびりこねて、全体的にどれもまだ形を作りにくかったです。焼成に失敗して、炭の塊にしてしまったので、仕上がりについてはレビューしようがないのですが、テクスチャは結構硬いと思います。
