In some cases I had so much difficulty I swapped them out and bought some generic female connectors, which were much easier to work with. The size and screw location of the female jack seems to be universal, so it wasn't hard to swamp them out. So if you're looking for a cheap plate, these will do, but beware you may have to swap out the jacks. In fact, do yourself a favour and do that first so you don't waste a whack of time. I bought more of their plates and on their male jacks, they have bigger connectors, so this isn't an issue.
