My calf is a 14.5 and my thigh is a 21, which size should i go woth?

We recommend that if you are split sizes, to go with what your thigh indicates. We think the XL would be a good choice.

Wil it work in football

Hello, the Sports Knee Support can be used during any sport or physical activity. It is an active support, so it works best during movement. Thank you

Would this be a great knee brace for cheer. She’s been using a hinged knee brace but is not really usable for sports and such

Yes this brace is suoer tight and supportive and over time will stretch adjust to your body and move without needing adjustments. Meaning staying in place. Super breathable. Im a volleyball player and i this brace saved my knees

Does it contain neoprene?

Honestly it’s truly woven fabric that has stretch but it’s not like the usual compression fabric out there. This item is made with absolute precision and I don’t feel that neoprene fabric texture nor do I see it.. I would check out their website www.Bauerfiend.com for further information.
