The steaks were so succulent! They really are buttery-tasting, as I'd read in my research. The price was fair for the portions. Be sure to read-up on how to cook Waygu beef. It's too expensive to dive into without preparation. it arrived with only one ice pack, which was disappointing. Fortunately I had it delivered to my office, or there would have been a spoilage problem for sure. They were still somewhat thawed, so I put them in the freezer immediately.
