The good the bad and the ugly ! Let’s go backwards- the ugly .. it’s a very nice looking wok! Best looking pan I own! The Bad- if anything the lid has a strange handle turns out super functional I love it, but it attaches with a screw. I’m afraid to tighten it too tightly and it needs tightening every several uses, could be my issue ? The wok handle screws on to a spot welded threaded screw with a nut. They give you the wrench to tighten it but I prefer the handle attach nut and bolt through the pan that’s lifelong! The Good- everything is great so far, the wok is reasonably thick and heavy. The heat distribution is very good better than most pans we use and as good as pans twice the $$. The outside of the pan is engraved beautifully. The inside is called “hex-clad” I think it’s stainless steel but what ever it is it cooks perfectly, completely non stick even at high temps! I do a stir fry with pasta and sauce and veggies when I mess up and burn the sauce it burns black and comes right up with one pass of a wooden spatula. The best thing is clean up is soapy warm water and a sponge nothing stick’s everything comes off. In conclusion its big I’m getting a smaller one but it’s a really nice wok and for the money you can’t beat it and if your afraid to spend that much don’t be it’s worth it! There is some color ring gets darker when the lid is hot. I haven’t used it or noticed it I mean I know the lid is hot lol!

Love the design of the lid. Very easy to use. Conducts heat well and cooks evenly. Had no issues with washing them in the dishwasher. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I am really enjoying using it. It has been the most used pot in my kitchen so far and everything is fine so that it can go on my 30 inch stove top at the same time and I can also put it on other burners. I use it a lot. I've made eggs, sauteed onions, fried fries, etc. I never have to turn the heat up above medium. It works well at low and high temperatures, depending on what I'm doing. It's easy to clean and hang on my wall when not in use. When I use other stainless steel pans they may discolor, but with the MEGOO stainless steel wok pan, even though I sometimes use high heat, I see no evidence of this. It is still as good as new. Maybe MEGOO's stainless steel pans are double sided honeycomb. Cleaning is not a chore,only soaking in water for 5 minutes removes all sticky/dry food, best product ever. Pleasing my wife is not easy, thank you for your excellent product. We fully endorse your product.

I Love this pot! It is so light and easy to handle. The Pot has a nice long handle that is easy to grasp and move the pot. The handle also has a space to rest the cooking or serving spoon. It heats up quickly and evenly cooks our dinner sausages without adding oil. There is also a temperature prompt function on the glass lid. It is a great function, especially the honeycomb design at the bottom of the pot, which will make me use it longer , The bottom of the pot will not be dirty. I would recommend this pot to everyone. It is non-sticky and super easy to clean. It is so much fun cooking different recipes. It is a good looking pot.

It was good in the beginning . A month later the black started coming out as you can see the picture when I wipe up with napkin you can see the color on my napkin . Every time when I finish I just do regular wash not even using dishwasher . Don't buy it if you want to live longer very disappointed and very expensive too .

This is one of the best wok pans I have ever owned. I'm impressed with the stainless steel construction & materials used to make it. This wok is made to last for years & is constructed of heavy duty material. This 12.6 wok pan with a clear lid is great to stir fry fried rice , noodles & vegetables. I love the overall size of this product it has sturdy handles & it distributes heat well. It's nice to have a glass lid with an awesome spoon rest which helps with steaming my dishes with ease. I found cleaning is a breeze & this wok can be used for years to come. Make sure to coat the pan before using it each time to avoid damaging the non stick coating. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality stainless steel wok with a glass lid.

I received the item with stains on it. The handles still swivel even when tightened properly.

Item arrived as promised, easy to put together. Easy to care for. Glass lid is great with a steam escape.

I bought the wok pan in January 2022. While I find it somewhat heavy because it's stainless steel, on the whole it serves its purpose and my family is happy with it. Then in April the handle became loose. While trying to tighten it I found the thread damaged. Since it's only 3+ months old I contacted the seller BL MEGOO on April 9 with a picture of the handle and the screw. They responded immediately and I received the entire replacement kit yesterday April 26. Nice! My experience tells me that when one encounters any issue, try to seek help from the seller first, try not to vent your frustration too soon. Best wishes to everyone.
