Excellent product, worked better than I thought. People who are complaining about fit on the back where cable is held tight with 2 screws need to learn that screws are to be axially aligned with threaded hole. If you don’t do that, the two plastic pieces will not line up. It is their mistake and not due to bad product or design.The good thing about this product:1. Well made2. Only two long screw to undo the assembly. Slightly open the cover piece hole to pass the cord, don’t unscrew fully. This will reduce your time.3. After you pass the cord, open the end 1-1/8” to expose 3 wires, remove the shield on each wire and twist.4. Insert each end white wire in white hole, green in neutral (top) hole and black in last hole. So easy. Tighten the three screws.Slide the cover piece and tighten 2 screws. Lastly tighten the two short screws that holds the cord in place. Made it so easy to replace.

These are really solid, there's a lot of junk plugs out there, these are the best.The screws that retain the two halves are captured, they don't get lost.The plug can take up to 12 gage wire, and the termination system protects against shorts if the wires loosen. Fit and finish is excellent too.
