I have been taking these two since 2020, and am very happy to report that supplementing with these, compliment living a healthy lifestyle very well. They have an herbal taste, especially the spray (strong) - signalling to me the great quality of the herbs/ingredients used in producing such excellent products. I take 2 capsules 3xs/day at certain high peak seasonal times of the year &/or when I have appointments, traveling, shopping, etc. The capsules are pretty easy to get down with water. I've personally found them easier to swallow with slightly warm water. They have proven themselves over and over to me to have strengthened my immune system, and as a great preventative - money well spent! If anyone from Natura reads this review, I just want to say thank you for producing excellent products!! Well done!
