Do PIAA silicone wiper blade refills fit OEM Honda wipers? (I don't need to buy a PIAA wiper to use these refills, do I?)

These were too wide for my 1997 Honda Accord. I bought other PIAA blades that were 6 mm wide that fit perfectly.

I want to buy a wipers refills, my car mode is 07 honda civic LX 2 door, should i buy 22" or 24"?? i want to change driver side and passenger sied.

28 inch drivers side and a 24 inch passenger side...

Will these fit as a replacement on a 2012 Fiat 500?

It is my understanding that if you have selected the proper length of both individual blades, they are 'universal' in fit. When I called PIAA about new blades after many years, they informed me that these Replacements would save me money and would be easy to install. They were correct on both parts. You are not asking, but I really did Not need to replace the old ones - I just felt like I 'should'.
