Not recommended. Breaks easily
The jig broke before I could finish my 3rd hole. also, the drill has a point that drills through the wood. It does do the job tho, but broken is of no use

Decent - Cost Effective
Instructions could be a little better tbh. Overall decent product. One hinge had some issues that caused more time than needed to get it the door functional.

Does what I need to
Just needed to make a hole to hang a cabinet doorYou'll need at least 2 clamps, and a drillI used Ikea cabinet doors, however in order to make the hinges fit, I had to be very precise because the tip of the bit has a point, which was about to come through the other side of the door. The depth collar adjustment works just fine, comes with the allen key to adjust the depth.I only used it to install 1 door, so I don't know how long this thing will last, but if you have minimal use for it, I think it should be a good value

Not worth the hassle
The shaft of the bit isn't long enough. My drill just barely had enough to grab onto after adding the stop collar. It ended up tearing the end of the bit apart until it wasn't usable. The jig is also pretty flimsy, I had to clamp it on both sides to drill at a perfect 90 degrees.I ditched it after a few holes. I found it easier to just measure hole placement with a ruler or adjustable square and drilling the hole without a guide. IMO you're better off spending the money on a good forstner bit.

Not strong enough and no adjustments beyond the edge
Black piece broke off that helps with adjustment. Not so strong or sturdy.

One side was impossible to turn to adjust
Looked good when received, however, the device has two guides for different lengths that are adjustable by Turing knobs on the top of the device. One side could not be adjusted because the knob wouldn't turn, making the device useless. Since I purchased this for a time sensitive job there was no time to return it for a new one. Into the trash it went. Money wasted. Junk.
