This book is beautiful, its about mid sized. Its a great sized book for carrying around. The messy, rigid, vintage, dirty, cut up look is so amazing. The book from the outside looks very old, the paper isnt too thin, and the paper feels soft and smooth. HOWEVER, normal pencil does not show up very well because of the dense colors of the pages i would recommend using pen. This book is very sturdy, the leather is very heavy duty. The pages arent the most heaviest, bleedthrough of pens, and pencil, and certain markers does not happen but i wouldnt suggest using sharpie it might bleed through! Very amazing book.

This is nice. There wasn’t any smell or anything off on mine. The pages do seem a little more fragile than I expected. They feel like the big Chief grade school pads we had when we were in first and second grade - - don’t know if they still make those (I’m 68😜) The leather is nice and it had extra protection on the front edge of the papers to protect it. The leather color is beautiful. The photos show the protection paper for the edges and how the different sections are secured as well as how the book looks closed. I am very happy with this. I didn’t try writing in it yet, plan to buy a quilled Pen and ink to write quotes, expressions and inspirational thoughts in it.

Definitely a great journal I'm not sure if the leather is real or not but the quality of the leather is good and hold up. The closure works great on it. The functionality overall is great. There is no bleed through with the paper from page to the other. The cool gives you that old antique look and feel.

I absolutely love this journal. I bought the largest size and am so happy that I did, the pages are a bit larger then I was expecting. The only slight issue that I have with it, is when you go to erase something the page turns white. But other than that the leather is beautiful and it smells amazing. I highly recommend this journal to anyone looking for something similar.

Bought for a gift, figured it would be good for recipes. It looks even better than the photos make it out to be. The lines are not too bold and the journal itself seems well made. My mom was thrilled and it was 100% worth it.

I bought this for my wife as a gift. It made her cry because she said it was too special for her writings. I can’t speak to how it holds ink, but it is a beautiful journal. The cover is very soft and thick leather. The pages are thick and durable, but also soft. It’s well constructed with a good weight to it. Overall a great value with a ton of pages. This thing looks super cool. People will ask about it, want to open it, and be jealous that they don’t have one.

A beautiful piece of art. I am so glad I ordered this larger size. It looks and feels like an authentic ancient piece of history. I hope my wife can do her journals etc using calligraphy , that would be very fitting. So pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend.
