For under six dollars, it’s a simple, functional fix that works better than expected for casual cycling or commuting use. The set includes several foam pads and plenty of adhesive hook-and-loop circles. Installation was easy enough—cleaning the old surface first helps the Velcro stick better. The foam itself is lightweight, breathable, and decently soft, making a clear comfort difference right away. My helmet fit more snugly, and sweat absorption improved on longer rides. That said, the pads are thinner than some OEM liners, so they don’t offer a luxurious cushion feel. Riders who sweat heavily or bike in high humidity might also find the adhesive backing needs reinforcement over time (a dab of extra Velcro or glue solves this). But for the price, it’s hard to complain. The pieces are easy to trim and reposition, and the kit comes with enough extras for multiple helmets or future replacements. Bottom line: A budget-friendly, practical way to extend the life and comfort of your helmet. This fixed my expensive Bell helmet. I think this provides better padding than the original padding.

It is okay, not exactly what I thought it would be

My Kask Mojito finally lost its' padding and I have fine red hair. When I got tired of it moving around and it was finally hanging off in a few spots, I ripped it out the rest of the way. However, there is velcro inside and without the padding, it was sticking to my curly hair and I feel like it could cause damage. I ordered this kit and some of the strips fit perfectly and others I cut to fit. It covers everything and the velcro spots that were sticking to my hair. I love this helmet and they don't make it any longer. The Kask kit to replace is over $30 and I figured I would try this instead. What a great deal and I have leftover to do it again if I need to. Great value and works great.

The pads look and feel durable, and the adhesive seems adequate. However, I deducted one star because they are a bit short/small. For instance, the forehead pad in my helmet was nearly twice as long as the pad from this kit meant for that area. Despite this, the pads are comfortable, thick enough, and easy to install.

After some years in storage I decided to dig ot my bike helmet only to discover its original liner pads had disintegrated to dust. This kit did an excellent job at replacing them and I was even able to use the original velcro securing pads as well as those supplied to refit the helmet for a fraction of the price of buying a new helmet.
