Healthy Gums for Dogs - Gum Health & Oral Care, 4 oz

I can not believe the difference I noticed after two uses! My Yorkie started getting terrible breath the past couple of months. At first I thought it was because she was eating poop...but then we would brush her teeth and smell the toothbrush and it reeked like infection and decay. I knew that I needed to get her an antibiotics but that once the infection cleared up, I would need something to give her to help keep her gums healthy as a preventative. Whether or not this does act as a preventative, I'm not sure yet as I've only had it for a few days...BUT let me tell you...after only TWO uses, her foul break cut down probably about 75%. At the time I went to give her the third dose, I also began ClinDrops that my vet prescribed to treat the infection in her mouth (from gingivitis/perodontal disease), but it was then that I realized the HUGE difference in her breath. She is on a 14-day ClinDrops prescription to treat the infection and I have also been giving her these Healthy Gum drops every night AFTER I brush her teeth. I will continue to do this long after she is done with her prescription. If you have a dog that is suffering from severe bad breath, please take them to the vet because it is most likely an infection in their gums and if it's to the point where you can smell it, they are probably in pain from the infection. Get an antibiotics from your vet, but also keep up on brushing their teeth every day and after the brushing, apply these Pet Wellbeing Healthy Gum drops to your dog's gums. I have been giving them to my Yorkie for about 5 days now (and the ClinDrops for about 3) and she is happier, her breath no longer stinks (which I noticed improving even before the antibiotics) and she's even chewing tonight (which she NEVER does)! I am SO pleased with this stuff. At first I was hesitant because I bought it on a whim and you never know what people are selling online and what's safe with your babies...but her gums are so bad and I saw so many other amazing reviews on this stuff that I just went for it! So far I am SO glad that I did! Whatever this stuff is...it's fantastic! But like I said...NOT substitute for an antibiotics for infection. Just because it is helping with breath and healthy gums, it does not mean it's curing infections...so please take your dog (or cat) to the vet! Our pets are our kids!! Take good care of them because they can't tell us when they're in pain...pay attention to smells, their mood, etc... Seriously...love this stuff so far!!!

Well worth the expense. My dog has mild tar and very bad breath. Brought her in to the vet and got her teeth cleaned but it did not help her gingivitis. I used this solution on her gum for 3 nights and could see a big difference. Her swelling gum are no longer bright red. Im really glad I found this product.

I wrote a review before but apparently it disappeared. In it I said my dog got sick an hour after application but I wasn’t sure it was because of the medication. I said I would update and this is the update. Apparently it was not the medication as I have used it a couple more times and he did not throw up. I’m not sure if it’s helping but his teeth are pretty bad and he is 12 years old. Plus it’s kind of early to tell.

I just started to use this product on my dog's gum and I'm very impressed. He had sensitive inflamed, bleeding and completely discolored gum (red, dark black and gray). After only 3 days of use his gums look pink and completely normal. First two times he got shivers and didn't like it when I put it on his gums (with my finger) but now he lets me do it no problem. I'm glad I found this product.

NOT SURE IF THIS IS HELPING YET. MAY BE TOO SOON TO TELL. I KNOW THEY DON'T LOVE THE FLAVOR BUT I NOTICED IT CALMS MY ONE DOG DOWN QUITE A BIT. I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE MY DOGS HAD TEETH PULLED LAST YEAR AND I DID NOT WANT THEM TO GO UNDER AGAIN SINCE THEY ARE BOTH SO SMALL UNDER 18 LBS SO I HOPE IT HELPS PREVENT DECAY AND CURES THE RED GUMS.

I purchased a little Yorkie for my husband as a birthday gift not realizing I was getting taken over as he had the worst green teeth and disgusting gums I have ever saw and the seller assured me he just needed a cleaning. My veterinarian explained that this dog's teeth had been left go for quite sometime and not what the seller told me. I had his teeth cleaned by our Veterinarian and he lost two little teeth because his gums were so bad after cleaning and treatment they just fell out as they were so loose. I was seeking a solution to his ongoing dental problems that were plaguing our dear little Noah. I found this product and thought I would try it in a desperate attempt to help our boy. I purchased a bottle and dropped it off at my veterinarian's office for review to make sure it was safe to use on Noah since he is only 4.8 lbs. My veterinarian said it was safe to use on a dog as small as Noah. Only used it 2 or 3 times and it completely took away my dear little Yorkie, Noah's horrible breath and improved his gums greatly but not fully. After a few more uses his bad gums have disappeared and I no longer see tinges of blood on his toothbrush. I fell ill and stopped using for a day or two right after he was almost was clear and his mouth return to foul smelling breath and sore gums. Started using the product again and his mouth is now totally clear. I have been using it for some time now and totally got rid of his sore gums and bad breath. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a solution to help their dog's discomfort with sore or diseased gums.

Stay far away. I used this after my dog had her teeth cleaned and had gum sensitivity in an area. These drops, which are yellow, got down into the gums and completely stained one whole tooth and part of the one in front of it. I’m not sure if it completely killed the tooth or if it’s only stained, but it looks horrendous. I’m so outraged.

I have a small dog who is getting pretty old and his teeth and breath were getting pretty bad. Went to the vet who told me they would need to surgically remove some of his teeth and that he might not make it out of surgery. Just not an option for me. Did research online for homeopathic remedies and found this. It works great! The only challenge is getting it on his very small teeth, but other than that, it is great! His gums are not swollen anymore, his breath is much better, he doesn't hate the flavor. Very happy!

My Corgi had gingivitis, swollen gums and horrible breath. We brush his teeth, gave him sea algae and tried mouth spray. Brushing helps maintain and algae helps remove some tartar but nothing helped the swelling and redness. We brought him to get his teeth cleaned and used antibiotics but redness and swelling persisted. We now have used this oil for a few months now and swelling down, redness all gone and breath is very good. We still brush and give him algae but this product has just made things so much better. We do not put this oil on his food but a drop or two on the finger and rub on one side of the gums and then one to two drops for the other. Start twice a day then when things are better, go to once a day. I tasted it and it’s fine. My doggie doesn’t have a distaste for it. I wish I found this earlier. To me this is a 6 out of 5 star product. Anything that makes my baby happier and healthier is worth every penny.

Did improve my dogs gums, but found out he had a benign tumour on gums at the back of his mouth, sadly, one that was aggressive goes into the bone. He had to be euthanised. If you have anything wrong with your dogs teeth, my dogs front tooth fell out, the teeth went crooked and loose owing to the tumour pushing them, do not hesitate, go straight to the vets. The tumour is genetic, especially in certain breeds, nothing can prevent it.

This is excellent stuff if your cat has sisuers it really reduces them.are cat use to fit once every couple of days now it's only probably once a month. Really helps her 10 out 10

this product works. and i am the world's biggest critic especially when it comes to my dog. Dental surgery was not an option for my little 'ole' shih-tzu, but he was suffering so needlessly and painfully with dental issues. I literally stumbled on this product, surfing for some relief, some alternative, some thing - anything to help my little guy. His remaining teeth were so yellow with tartar ( not bc I wasn't brushing) but bc his gums would bleed so badly and he would be in so much agony . Seriously, after about one week or so daily use on a dental wipe, I thought I was seeing what I wanted to see happen, but no my eyes were not playing tricks on me. After 2 - 3 weeks the shade of tartar-yellow on his teeth was very noticeably and immensely lighter. He was able to chew on a small bone without bleeding gums and without the pain of bleeding gums. I know that my little 'ole' man was not in any dental pain. He was rolling around. He was eating well again. He was running about. He was not in pain - trust me a mother knows. I am on my second or third bottle and the tartar is just about all gone. His gums hardly bleed; only if I forget/or miss more than 2-3 days of cleaning, then I immediately see the difference and the painful result / consequence. I would not even put a price to this product, if my dog's quality of life without dental pain hangs in the balance. Consider the cost of dental surgery . But more importantly consider the pain of losing your best buddy if he is too old for surgery. Although some vets recommend it anyways,despite full knowledge that the little pooch is too old for anesthesia and just would not make it. This product in my humble opinion is a very effective, safe and puppy friendly alternative to dental surgery. Pls. note dental surgery does not guarantee the end; once and for all; that tartar would not return. Rule applies that daily cleansing should be maintained. Because I cannot use a toothbrush anymore on 'my Fido' I have found that this product is a 'liquid-toothbrush'.
