This balm is honestly the best hair product I’ve ever used. My hair is Afro-textured with a mix of 3C and 4C curls, so I have beautiful curls but also a lot of frizz. So far, this is the product that has helped my hair look the best it ever has. I often use it as a leave-in, even though it isn’t technically one, and I absolutely love it. I genuinely can’t live without this product anymore. I had actually ordered it before, but my package was stolen after delivery. The company refunded me and sent me another one, so the customer service was also excellent. I honestly have nothing negative to say.
