There was no instructions in the box. How can it be used for 3/8" drive? If you turn it the right way to use it, you can't read the scale.

We always used the upper lug for reading the scale when you have a nut or bolt facing downwards and you are above it. I have no idea why they made it 3/8 instead of 1/2. You have to buy adapters to get around the wrench lug size to socket size. But of course if you are working heavy pulls then it's best to have a 1/2" on all.

Adapter fit - when I push the adapter all the way in, no matter the orientation/side, my adapter seems to "pop" out 2mm = anyone else?

Make sure the ball on the wrench is loose and not stuck in . It is spring loaded to catch the machined indentation inside the adapter. mine fits very tight. You can also use any 1/2 to 3/8 adapter if that helps.

A chave é OK, serve ao propósito. Pena que no meu caso não alcançou o parafuso da roda. Precisarei comprar uma com alcance maior. ATUALIZAÇAO: a chave que comprei não veio com extensor, conforme anúncio. Por isso não consegui usar direito. É praticamente obrigatório o uso do extensor, nas rodas de liga normalmente os parafusos ficam mais fundos.
