Can the shell be removed ?

No. The netting and shells are made of, I believe, some sort of resin or plastic. Also when you fill with liquid soap it goes from pale green to a light purple-ish color. And the pumps corroded really fast.

Can I purchase the pump seperate? Mine are corroded

Same here. the spout corroded in less than a year and has just fallen off. How / where can you buy the pump separately?

Is it normal to have drips of glue or sealant clouding up the pretty colored glass? I have ordered twice and they are messed up.

I have had mine for about a year and a half, and I don’t have that problem. I did have to order new pumps because the cheap plastic ones rotted away. Now they look really nice.

Can you use this for liquid soap?

Yes, I do! Not the foaming soap, but the regular liquid soap.
