Oh she’s amazing! She’s iconic. She is the moment (or maybe decades I dk ) I’ve wanted a Babyliss Pro for years but I couldn’t justify the $200 price tag to myself. I had a L’ange and it did fine. “Fine” being the word. I have what I think is 2B hair so it’s wild and hard to tame. Straightening was a process and going over the same strand time and time again damaged my hair more than necessary. Those days are gone! Babyliss did it in 1/5 of the time with better results. She heats up SUPERFAST and the wide plates cover more area. She is so comfortable in my hand. She also goes to 465F where as every other straightener I’ve ever had stopped at 450F. I’ll never own another straightener. She is it for me.

I finally bought the BaBylissPRO flat iron and it is worth the hype due it’s superior quality. I have used CHI irons for years, and while I still love ceramic irons, these titanium irons are on another level. I have thick, curly 4B/4C hair and this straightener got my hair super flat with ONE pass of the iron. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Best straightener EVER

Extremely disappointed. This arrived looking damaged/used, with scratched and discolored plates straight out of the box. There was no protective film or proper packaging for a supposedly brand-new item. The edges are also extremely sharp, making it feel unsafe and completely unusable, I did not even feel comfortable turning it on. Completely unacceptable quality control for a premium hair tool. Returning immediately.
