This lights up her room in just the right amount and has a timer so I can set the light to turn off in 10, 30 or 60 minutes; this is my favorite part! My daughter loves the fact that it can change colors or rotate through colors on its own. We also use this as a timer for screen time, it's a quiet alternative to using my phones timer and she seems to respond better to the light turning off then a loud alarm going off right next to her. The battery lasts forever as well, we have only needed to recharge it once a week (with daily use) since buying.
