Nice looking & easy to hang
So far, looks & functions great!Its quiet & although it isn't a real fireplace, it still adds a nice touch to the room.I cant speak to the heating function as I do not use it.What I can say is to those of you who think this should be used as a heater, think again. It is not. There is a tiny (in comparison to the size of this unit) 8 inch vent, center top.I believe it's great looking unit & exactly what I was looking for.

We are in love with this fireplace!
We LOVE this fireplace! It is so realistic looking! We used it in the winter and it put out enough to heat to heat my large bedroom. We also love having it on in the warmer weather for the ambiance with no heat. It is also quite large. Make sure you hang it from studs in the wall. You can set it on a timer and it will go off automatically. You can also change the intensity of the flame. The remote control is very convenient and easy to use!

The fireplace looks fabulous. With different settings it allows me to enjoy the flames with and without heat. The packaging was great, the item arrived as promised and I could not be more pleased.

Excellent looking and helps keep warm if required. Pretty easy to install too. Looks classy and great finish. When it is turned on it looks pretty real, like real logs of wood burning. Just love it.

Very pleased looks great and the heat is better than expected ( this type of fire placell will not put out hi heat but in comparison this brand is quit good) easy to install and looks great.

Clicking Sound
I purchased 3/2017 and now it is making a clicking sound and flame is flowing downwatd instead of upwatds. How do I fix?
