Helps get me relaxed and sleeping. **Q: How long did it take to arrive after being shipped (on average?)** A: 2days **Q: Can this be used on children or infants?** A: It should be fine, but there is a baby balm and also "Night Night" which has even gentler essential oils in it which I happen to use on the skin right around my eye when I get allergies that make my eye water and thus, for the skin to chap. Although I always recommend caution with any new product, and especially with children or pets, this is a generally safe and gentle product which should be fine for babies and kids.
