Helps with Sleep
I have struggled with insomnia on and off for years. I currently need unisom to sleep but I got to where I couldnโt go back to sleep after waking up with my baby throughout the night. Ever since trying this, I ALWAYS go back to sleep! ๐๐ป I still wake throughout the night, but I just had a baby so my hormones are still crazy. This plus magnesium glycinate have helped so so much. Great product! Look up podcasts on glycine, itโs FULL of benefits. May help with inflammation, migraines/headaches, joint pain and so on. It is currently helping my sister-in-law with energy, sleep and migraines.

It works
I take the recommended 3 capsules a night and have more restful sleep. When I take less I notice that my sleep is less restful. It does seem to make a clear difference in the quality of rest and recovery I get when I sleep.
