I'm 5'7 and weight 115 what size should i get?

I'm 5' 10" 185 lbs and I chose a large which fits with light compression. I would probably choose small or medium depending on your compression choice and the 70 lb difference in our frames. Hope this helps...

What’s the difference between Large and Large tall?

I don't know the exact difference but I am 6'3" tall and weigh 205lbs and wear lg regular. The body is long enough to be tucked in and not come out at the waist. Tall would be to long. If you are taller than me and want long sleeves you might want tall. I like sleeveless as my arms don't need compression so sleeve length is not an issue.

I bought one in dark green and it says.made in El Salvador. Material is thinner than what I expected.
