How long is the power cord? My outlet is about 5 feet from where I want to install the pump.

It has a transformer with a cord about 5ft plus some cord to the pump. You should have more than enough to reach your outlet.

What is the warranty on this pump. i purchased the pump on amazon on february 2nd 2021 and on march 25th 21 the pump quit working and spewed water all

Well I didn't know this answer myself, so thanks for the question. I guess when I was searching for a pump I didn't care about a warranty at the time. Even though I couldn't find any warranty info on Amazon's page or Aquatec's page, I did find a pump on another company's website that sold practically the same pump, that had a 1 year warranty. So, I recommend that you go to the Aquatic website and contact them by email or telephone to get assistance with this. I hope this helps a little bit at least. Good Luck!

does the pump allow water to flow at incoming pressure when the pump is turned off?

Yes - the water will flow through the pump at house pressure when not running. The pump should be connected to a pressure switch. When the house pressure drops below a specified pressure it will operate until the required pressure is reached.

Can this pump work only by pulling water from a bucket? With no inlet pressure?

Yes but you don't want the source bucket to empty otherwise you risk burning the motor on the pump.
