None of these products worked. I was skeptical when I orderd this cream because all the products I had bought made the same claims as QBased Healthcare. The cream was used the day it arrived and it began to work the second day. By day four, the rash was dried and the redness was fading. As you know, poison sumac returns every year for five years once you have it in your skin. I would reapply the cream as soon as the skin began to turn red and it prevented the breakout.
