This is a great dog food. I like the fact that it’s sustainably sourced in America. Delivery is very convenient

Used for: Daily meals for my dogs Pros: Shiny coat, fresh smell, responsibly sourced ingredients. Cons: A bit pricey. Overall: Worth it if you want a healthier, sustainable dog food your pup will actually eat.

This is high quality dog food. My pup is healthy and active. I believe it is from this diet than keeps him strong.

The puppy came with Open Farm Whitefish & Ancient Grain kibble in tow, so we ordered more - this is the second bag - we would have gotten a mid sized bag, but it wasn't in stock. The ingredients seem good, food smells fresh though a bit fishy to the humans, and it is important to me that it includes grains and not peas or chickpeas. By comparison, it is pricier than other brands with similar ingredients and ancient grains. Eventually, we may end up mixing the two. Her coat seems to be fairly sleek even with puppy fuzz fur.

We have 3 male Dachshunds; 1 pure, 1 Dachlier, and 1 ChiWeenie and they finally all agree on a food in which there is no grass eating, no loose stools, no vomiting, no refusing to eat. All 3 have filled out to a healthy, muscley size and not under or over weight. Have tried this flavor and the Salmon, they love both. I pair with the freeze dried topper. I've tried about 10 different foods/brands and this one is it!

Great option for a not too fishy dog food. My pet has gotten sick on all chicken based food for years. She has not been sick once on this!

My two pups are allergic to specific foods, so it was hard to find one they liked that also didn’t make them super itchy. This has now been a staple for them ever since we found it! We even had our vet check to make sure this was a good quality food for the dogs and he approved! Seems to be easily breakable, color is brown and doesn’t look dyed. It comes in a huge bag, but to make it easy to use I just put it in a smaller container on my counter to scoop and refill. The dogs seem to know when I’m opening a new bag, because they run over to smell inspect. It must taste great, because they’ll eat it plane or with toppers! Freshness seems to be great, you can smell the fish immediately when you open the bag. A staple go to dog food in our household and will continue to order!

Good healthy food for your dog

I am sure this could fit some dogs but... My Boston Terrier became crazy with the Open Farm Wild Caught Salmon, he would devour the entire thing. His stool were very healthy. I changed to this bag because of the marketing I suppose : there is a frenchie on the bag, looks like my dog. However, now he is only eating when he is REALLY hungry and leaves some in the bowl. His stools are more liquid and become a mess in his hair... Looks like he is allergic to something in there, or there was a quality issue. I saw some similar reviews. Basically, I ordered some salmon again and I will probably give away this one. As a general rule tho, great product!
