Can i wear the futuro foot moderate support wearing dress socks, argyll socks over the support-and with dress shoes for business and casual shoes?

Yes. They can be worn over socks or stockings or even bare feet. Because of the velcro wrap its size changes to whatever you need. Be careful, though, not to snag the stockings with the velcro. These are wonderful for curing plantar fasciitis. I keep wearing mine to prevent it from coming back. Good luck!

Does anybody know if these are the same as the one that came in the yellow box? It’s the same brand and says basically the same info

Will they work for a child's feet?

Depends on how small. They are adjustable , Mine are for a woman and would fit any foot from 6 to 7 inches long (not size) probably ok for a child 10 or older. They are around 3 to 3.5 inched wide. I wear mine with the highest insert. I have tried many did supports over the years, but these are the only ones that work for me and keep my arch and heels from hurting.

Can I wear them to sleep? Will it help
