Can’t find any info on this anywhere - what oil % is in these fragrances?

It’s about 22 to 30 percent of oil in it

Would this be a dupe of the PERFUME or BODY MIST? big difference in strength.

I am not 100% sure on that. It comes out pretty strong but the silliage is a little grass like smelling and I feel like it doesn't last quite as long as the original. However I still get many compliments on it. It is a "room spray" but personally I use it as a body mist.

Does this smell like sandalwood soap?

Kinda, I had one from HomeGoods which has a similar deep smell, but another one from Macy's which is not.
