They are easy to use and super bright! You simply pull the strap through the loop and secure the velcro closure.Just push the button to turn on and switch between modes. There are three lighted modes: rapid blinking, slow blinking, and steady on.They are adjustable to securely fit around any area that has a diameter between 11 and 12.5 inches. You could wear them loosely around a smaller area as well. For me, they fit perfectly snug around my bicep area, but if you are larger size, you could probably wear around your wrists or ankles, or even loop around your belt.The battery compartment is durable and water resistant. I was able to purchase these at a discount for my honest review and I am very impressed. These are superior quality materials over several similar products.
