Out of this world great
It was set for more than a month after ordering, which is the only negative thing here. But then it arrived in 3 weeks. It then sat on my shelf for a couple weeks and was still great. It seemed smaller than the photo on arrival. It has a pop-off lid on the can for easy use. It was delicious right out of the can, and delicious in the recipe I used it in. Pricey, but well worth it.

Block or mousse ?
It does taste pretty good for a mousse but doesn’t come close to a block. I believe the labeling isn’t honest.For this price i want the real deal. Not a make up.

Delicious
We have bought this foie gras before. As always, it is utterly delicious. Plus, a nice detail: the can is cleverly made, so that you may open both ends, making it super easy to get the foie gras out.

Foie Gras De Canard
Well I received the order, opened it. It was warm, runny and not very palatable. Tasted like tin, my mistake, should have been chilled.I ordered two more. this time I will refrigerate first, and we shall see...
