Its taste cool and chalky
I have mostly been using this internally for the last 3 weeks. Its taste cool and chalky, very neutral and not the least bit gritty until you take that last bit at the bottom with a little sand like dirt. I think it is high quality and it is harder to mix than calcium bentonite. Mixing -put water in you bottle or mason jar. Then put the clay in and shake it with a lid on. Yes it will clump like crazy at first but It will soak up the water and break apart more until its gets creamy after a few hours after the water has fully penetrated the clay. I have not had anything but positive results. Its tuning my digestion and colon. I take it mainly for my psoriasis. I also got some food grade calcium bentonite. it was the cheaper 10lb bag for $37. That one is grittier and has a little more sulfur or something like that in flavor. I use that one more topically. I don't think people should freak out about ingesting "sodium" Bentonite. To me it seems to be all hype. The sodium is natural and not iodized salt, which is salt stripped of all its natural co-factors which that stripped sodium is what cause s problems. The body can handle natural sodium much better due to the minerals buffering the sodium. I have been using it for almost 3 weeks now and I have listened and read so much on these 2 types of clay. Its to bad most people only promote Calcium Bentonite ans the internal one to use. Sodium bentonite has more pulling power for detoxing and I am going to keep taking this internally. HELL YES!

Amazing medicine.
I've researched online about Betonites properties and it really does pull stuff out of your skin. It will pretty much take any toxin out of your skin that you can think of. Be it pretty much any insect bite, poison-whatever, acne, this thing has been a life-saver in spider bites alone. Like, I've developed a treatment that heals spider bites in 3-4 days, 2 days of this re-applied as it dries and worn to bed, followed by another day of hand lotion with vitamins a,c,e and dimethicone; betadyne for suspected infection. You'll still have a red spot, but that'll be all. I just irritated my skin real bad by saturating a wound with betadyne and covering it with a bandaid. It was really itchy and rashy for 3 days, I put just a little bit of this on it once and the itch and irritation was immediately gone after the clay dried (as it dries it pulls stuff out of your skin). You can even mix it with acv and use it for a deep cleansing facial exfoliator. I just put some in a zip log bag, pour some water from the faucet to preferred thickness and mix by smashing the bag while it's closed; instant medicine for all those things that get in the skin and damage it. It sucks it out like nothing else.
