## Questions & Answers

**Q: What’s the difference between the next gen and original**
A: NextGen is the latest version and replaced the Original in late 2016. It feature a wider bite pad, improved moldability.

**Q: Does this work well with braces and has anyone used for wrestling?**
A: I had braces at one point but did not use this mouthguard at the time.  Sisu says they would work well for braces but would have to be fit by the orthodontist, I imagine there's a special process for that as the way you fit it at home, seems like it wouldn't be great for Braces at all, as the mouthguard squeezes pretty tight after being fit.  However I do imagine the mouthpiece would be good for wrestling, I use mine for Boxing and Jiu-jitsu

**Q: Does the mouth guard come with the case? Or do I need to purchase it separately?**
A: That is separate.

**Q: How well would these hold up from 1.89joules of impact from an airsoft gun?**
A: Yes, the SISU Max guard is well suited to guard against airsoft ammo. There is a video that demonstrates this nicely. Please contact us directly for more details. Thanks!

Produit vraiment novateur. Le moulage est très simple à réaliser. Le fait que le protège-dents soit livré plat permet de l’adapter facilement à la dentition de l’utilisateur. Utilisé pour du sparring en boxe anglaise, la protection est équivalente à des modèles plus volumineux. Il est très rigide. En revanche en bouche, la matière s’assouplit légèrement et le confort est inégalable que ce soit pour respirer mais aussi boire ou parler. Il se fait complètement oublier. A recommander sans hésiter.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Teeth protection for BJJ / Grappling

I have been using this mouthguard for about 7 years now. It broke yesterday. In my opinion 7 years is a great lifespan for a product like this. I’ve been using it exclusively for BJJ/Grappling. For me it’s a great alternative to the regular rubber mouth guards. The teeth are sufficiently protected, while the breathing isn’t hindered at all. The soft tissue isn’t protected, you can still bite your tongue, lips or cheeks. All in, it’s the greatest grappling-mouthguard for me and I’m buying a 2. one right now.
