Not sure if you found your answer but just in case here it is. Use a white gel polish to get the look in the pic. After you apply your color gel, cure then apply a no wipe gel topcoat and cure 60 seconds. Apply tiny amount of chrome powder (while nails are warm from lamp) and rub in. I’ve always found that my alcohol cleansed fingertip does the best. Then apply another coat of no wipe gel topcoat and cure the full 2 minutes. (I prefer to wipe the nails down with 100% rubbing alcohol prior to chrome application to insure a super glass like finish.)
