Packaging def looked resealed, was a little nervous about what to expect. Turns on though. Bright. Cord is pretty short. No on/off switch. Will need extension cord eventually. Not sure how i feel about this one, prolly better choices oit there.

Using this on an algae scrubber for my reef tank. Started growing algae within a few days. Excellent light for what I need it it for.

I planted some tomatoes too close to the fence and I left this outdoors and it works fine despite getting rained on all the time. It's not white light though, it's a crazy violet looking light, although it's only noticeable at night. During daylight hours you barely know it's there even if it's some place really shady.

Smaller plants in the shadows and doing much better now.

Still using it. Works great on indoor houseplants, flowering plants, and vegetative plants.

I will probably return this as it has no off/on button and while I thought I was buying an indoor plant light the paperwork says "outdoor" light which is of no use to me.

This is the 4th unit I am Installing. They seem great. Using with my 2017 spring seedlings on stainless steel shelf. Mounting system good with purchase of commonly avail nuts & bolts needed. Love the three prong IP65 water resistance. I always worry about water running over a tray & my kids watering the plants. Rugged & not too hot. Just about the right warmth to warm plant tray on next shelf above. No on/off switch that's ok for me I am using a timer. I always found them to be a future failure point.

works good, though i feel i need a higher wattage for my needs. i now use it to augment the areo grows tomato plants. mine isnt water tight! i get water behind the glass all the time :^(
