This stuff works great for strained, sprained, and arthritic areas. The menthol smell it has is strong, but I don’t mind.

It definitely gives relief. Strong menthol smell.

I absolutely love this stuff! Works very well and I’d use it over icy/hot any day.

I heard about this balm from a friend and now I always keep a jar in my car. That, it seems, is often when I get struck with tension headaches (because of course no one in the world drives as well as me?? Hahaha). I am about to order some more because I have nearly used all of my first order. I personally enjoy the smell although I know with the menthol scent it might not please everybody. I like how the Original formula has Eucalyptus in it...and noticed that the newer version (I think it was called Extra Strength?) did not. I haven't tried that kind, however, so I can't compare them.

Product is good. Last order came broken in the box. I have contacted the seller.

I bought this item for my aunt. She was suffering from shingles. While at the hospital a Nigerian man told me about this product. We had nothing to loose so I bought the product for her and she told me her shingles don't hurt anymore and she was able to get the relief she needed. He told me you can also use it for your respiratory system. You boil water and put about 2 tablespoons of this product in water and do a steam inhalation treatment 3 days straight. Once you boil the water with this product in it, put a towel over your head and inhale for 4-5 minutes then after 3 days then you'll do a stream treatment with garlic and lemon for the next 2 days. Opens up your respiratory system.

I've used it, but the only thing I noticed is the scent. It doesn't work for me.
